The Axiom wheel has been specially developed to meet the glazing demands of
new generation lens materials currently marketed under the trade names of
CR-39® and TRIVEX™. These high specification lenses can cause problems when
glazing due to the amount of swarf developed.
The Axiom has been developed through intensive research and development to
solve these problems. Designed using state-of-the-art diamond technology and
a unique surface featuring alternating directionally angled channels, these
wheels have been tested in both large and small labs and have been described
as a production breakthrough.
No High-Tec Edger is complete if not fitted with Axiom wheels.

Edging polycarbonate lenses need no longer be a problem when you use a Polymate wheel from Inland
Cut CR39, Hi-Index and polycarbonate lenses on the same edger with Inland’s Polymate wheels. These utilise our unique Single Layer System so that you get a wheel with a long life span and fast cutting speeds, with the added benefit of being able to cut all plastic lenses.
